What Real Estate Photography Costs in Palm Beach County (2026 Guide)
A clear, no-fluff breakdown of what real estate photography actually costs in Palm Beach County in 2026 — what you should expect to pay, what drives the price, and what should already be included before you book.
Typical Real Estate Photography Cost in Palm Beach County
Across Jupiter, Palm Beach Gardens, Tequesta, and North Palm Beach, most agents pay between $175 and $650 for a single-listing photo shoot in 2026. Aerial drone photos add another $100–$250, and full cinematic video with twilight typically pushes a luxury shoot into the $800–$1,500+ range.
The spread is wide because "real estate photography" is not one product. A $199 MLS photoset and a $599 luxury media package are aimed at completely different listings — and completely different agents.
What Actually Drives the Cost
- Square footage. A 1,800 sq ft condo shoots in an hour. A 10,000 sq ft waterfront estate takes half a day and twice the editing.
- Deliverables. MLS stills only? Or stills, drone, video, a vertical reel, a floor plan, and a 3D tour? Each layer adds cost.
- Drone work. FAA Part 107 certified pilots with LAANC authorization near PBI, F45, and JNO cost more than an uncertified hobbyist — and are the only legal option for commercial listings.
- Twilight. Real twilight shoots require a second trip at sunset. Virtual twilight is cheaper but not the same look.
- Turnaround. 24–48 hour delivery is a real production cost; anyone quoting rush at the same price as standard is either padding standard or cutting corners on rush.
- Licensing and insurance. Licensed music and $1M+ drone liability coverage are baked into serious operators' pricing. If a quote looks too cheap, one of those two is usually missing.
What Should Be Included in Every Package
Before you compare prices, make sure every quote you're looking at includes these — otherwise you're not comparing the same thing:
- Full HDR editing with color-accurate windows and clean whites
- MLS-sized and web-sized exports, ready to upload
- Licensed music on any video deliverable
- One round of revisions included
- Written 24–48 hour turnaround commitment
- Proof of FAA Part 107 certification and drone liability insurance

How to Choose the Right Package
The right package is a function of the listing, not the agent. A clean three-bedroom under $700K sells beautifully off the Essential or Signature package. A waterfront estate on the intracoastal in Jupiter or Palm Beach Gardens needs the Luxury / Elite package — twilight, aerial video, and a graded reel are what the buyer pool for those homes actually shops on.
The math is simple: on a $2M listing, the difference between the $275 Signature package and the $599 Luxury package is 0.016% of the sale price. It is the cheapest lever an agent has to influence how a listing shows up online.
