What to expect.
Turnaround times
Essential & Signature: 24–48 hours. Premium: 48–72 hours. Luxury / Elite: 72–96 hours. Rush 24-hour delivery is available as a +25% add-on. All times are measured from the end of the shoot to delivery of your download link.
Deliverables
Every package includes a full-resolution digital download gallery, MLS-ready image sizes, and web-optimized files. Signature and above also include a vertical social cut. Videos are delivered in 4K/1080p depending on package, with licensed music where applicable.
Revisions
One round of minor edits is included within 7 days of delivery. This covers color, cropping, and small retouching. Additional revisions, re-shoots, or major edits are billed separately at an hourly rate quoted in advance.
Booking & payment
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your shoot date. The remaining balance is invoiced via email on delivery. Net-7 payment terms are available for established brokerages and repeat clients. We do not collect payments on the site — all invoices are sent by email.
Rescheduling & weather
Reschedule at no charge with 24+ hours notice. Weather, unsafe flying conditions, or seller access issues are rescheduled at no charge. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may forfeit 50% of the deposit.
Travel
Travel is included within 25 miles of Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Shoots beyond that radius are quoted at $1.50 per mile round-trip or bundled into a custom quote for out-of-area listings.
Property prep
The property should be photo-ready when we arrive: lights on, blinds open, clutter and cars removed, and pets secured. If the home is not ready, we may reduce coverage or reschedule with the same cancellation rules above.
Licensing & usage
All deliverables are licensed to the listing agent for the term of the listing. Extended usage, brokerage marketing rights, or exclusive buyouts are available on request and will be noted on your invoice.
Safety & compliance
Flights are conducted by an FAA Part 107 certified remote pilot with $1M commercial liability coverage. We follow all airspace, weather, and privacy requirements, and we do not fly over uninvolved people or restricted airspace.
Communication
Booking confirmations are sent within 24 hours of deposit. Delivery notifications include a secure download link. Questions after delivery are answered within one business day — call or text (954) 850-7006 or (561) 836-3193 for urgent requests.
