We focus on Palm Beach Gardens, Jupiter, Tequesta, and surrounding areas within 25 miles of Palm Beach Gardens. Beyond that, travel is $1.50 per mile round-trip or bundled into a custom quote. Ask us about the right fit for your listing.

How quickly will I get my files?

Accepted Answer

Essential & Signature: 24–48 hours. Premium: 48–72 hours. Luxury / Elite: 72–96 hours. Rush 24-hour delivery is available as a +25% add-on. Delivery times are measured from the end of the shoot to your download link.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Accepted Answer

We reschedule, no charge. South Florida weather changes by the hour and we'd rather wait for clean light than hand you a flat shoot. Same-day cancellations may forfeit 50% of the deposit.

Do you provide MLS-compliant files?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every listing video is delivered in MLS-ready format and dimensions, plus a vertical cut for social on Signature and above. Photos are delivered in full-resolution and web-optimized sizes.

Are you licensed and insured?

Accepted Answer

Yes. FAA Part 107 certified remote pilot with $1M commercial liability coverage on every flight. We follow all airspace, weather, and privacy requirements.

Can I license your footage for my brokerage's marketing?

We license deliverables to you per project for the term of the listing. Talk to us if you want extended, brokerage, or exclusive rights.

What's your payment policy?

Accepted Answer

50% deposit to book the date. The remaining balance is invoiced via email on delivery. Net-7 terms are available for established brokerages and repeat clients. We do not collect payments on the site.
